I use cognitive behavioral therapy to pin down problem areas in thinking that ultimately affect our relationships, self-worth, and perspective in an unhealthy way. I work towards assisting individuals towards their own therapeutic goals in a structured manner that aims at efficiently providing tools and the knowledge necessary to overcome current and future life stressors. Available Office Hours are: Mondays 12-8pm, Tuesdays 9am-8pm, and Wednesdays 12pm-8pm.
