Hello and welcome! As a therapist, my aim is to build empathic relationships and empower clients to create meaningful change. I appreciate working with clients that understand that change is a process, motivated to do the work in and out of the session, and enjoy being in a collaborative relationship. I believe that therapy is a process where you can gain tools to address life’s challenges, gain insight, determine what you’d like to change about it, work towards making those changes while navigating all the thoughts, feelings and emotions that may come up in the process. I approach therapy from a relational, integrative, and multicultural framework with skills grounded in mindfulness-based and evidenced-based approaches. I would describe myself as warm, compassionate and empathetic, and I believe in starting wherever you are comfortable and meeting you at where you are.
