I have over 10-years of experience working with adults through challenging experiences. Some of these experiences are ones many of us will share at some point; loss of a loved one, career change, health crisis. Unfortunately, some experiences are ones that we would probably not have imagined; addiction, incarceration, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder. My role as a counselor is to explore and grow the resiliency of my clients. To remind them they can survive and thrive through crisis. I coach my clients to develop awareness about how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected .
