Therapist Overview

I am a psychotherapist with clinical training influenced by relational and systems theories. I hold a stance of preemptive radical inclusion to create experiences that involve all clients’ identities in the room.  I enjoy working with individuals, partners, and families to develop meaningful connections in their relationships, improve self-advocacy, and explore identity. My background includes working with youth, providing support through in-home family therapy. I have worked with veterans with a focus on PTSD, complex trauma, and moral injury. I also work with individuals and partners of all identities who seek to improve their sexual relationships. I am kink- and poly- aware and affirming. I meet clients with an emphasis on a safe, affirming therapeutic relationship as a place to begin healing and change.
