You might have been experiencing anxiety or depression for a long time, or you may be dealing with a difficult life event, such as family, relationships, or school. I will support you in developing self-awareness, self-compassion and skills to overcome the various barriers we face in our lives. Therapy is a unique, collaborative environment, which I strive to make safe, welcoming and non-judgemental. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I have enjoyed working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. In addition, I am passionate about working with people with anxiety and depression, and I have special training in the treatment of OCD (Exposure and Response Prevention), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR.
