**I currently am not taking on any new clients** I love working with clients who are seeking a low pressure, warm, and sometimes humorous environment to work through some challenges that might be holding them back from their full potential. I work with children (3+), adolescents and adults looking to improve areas of their lives from experiencing life transitions, all the way to processing deep trauma, and everything in between. Goals in therapy differ from person to person but overall, it’s all about bettering our experience of the world and how we can get the most out of it! I believe that the healing power of therapy stems from a trusting, therapeutic relationship and then being able to share your story with that person. My therapy style seeks to create an empathetic, sometimes humorous, environment, and a low pressure style to help you feel comfortable in being vulnerable which I believe is the road too healing. Time moves so fast and life can be so chaotic that it can feel impossible to even think about adding one more thing to your life! However, I believe in taking the time to invest in yourself and your family through engaging in a non-judgemental, therapeutic hour once a week that belongs only to you to work on those things that might be holding you back.
