Finding a therapist who will understand you and hold space for your unique process can be hard. I want to make that process as easy as possible. I specialize in trauma and grief (both traditional grief when you lose someone, and the grief after life changes without your consent, or when you realize a relationship will never be what you’d hoped.) Here you will have the opportunity for body, mind, and spirit healing in one space, if desired. I am trauma-certified, psychodynamically oriented, structure sessions in a client-centered fashion, and use mindfulness-based interventions within a variety of modalities.
