Our therapists all work from a relational and insight oriented approach. We believe that we were all created for connection and that our woundedness often gets in the way of this connectedness, whether it be to God or to others. Deep, intensive counseling can help heal this woundedness so that connections are more honest, genuine, and whole. It should also leave you with a deeper sense of self and identity, so that you can interact in healthy ways with the world around you. We take an eclectic approach based on the needs are of my clients. We utilize techniques from Gestalt, Object Relations, Family Systems, Sensorimotor, Mindfulness, Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy into our work. We have multiple therapy dogs in the office that assist with therapy. We believe that counseling is a sacred space, built on safety and the ability to be vulnerable.
