I work with clients to help build their strengths & identify the best direction to move to achieve their goals. My clinical experience is based on working with adolescents, transitional youth & adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma &/or adjusting to life changes. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, and CBT.
