Therapist Overview
Mary specializes in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (children 0-5) and Families. Mary helps families to cultivate strong familial relationships, healthy attachment, and grow past prior trauma. Mary also supports women in the perinatal period, NICU parents, and individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and addiction.
Wellness is for everyone. Let’s work together on building a whole life designed by YOU that fulfills your values and overall wellness. Family Sessions are held in home (yes I come to you) or virtual at this time. All individual sessions are held virtually.
