Beginning 4/8/19 I will offer daytime hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5. When we encounter struggles in our lives, we can react in ways that are not necessarily effective. Stressful situations can lead us to have thoughts, harbor feelings or act in ways that can damage the many facets of our lives. Self-defeating thoughts influence your feelings and behavior. Working on your thoughts, feelings and behavior in a structured counseling environment can help you create more positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors. You have all that you need to reach your full potential, and I look forward to helping you on your journey in facilitating growth and discovery!
