I am here to help you find tools to help you cope with and better understand the process you are going through. I work with a variety of modalities to help my clients reach their goals. My experience has been working with a diverse population of adults, adolescents, couples, groups, and families who have experienced a range of trauma, postpartum depression, and transitional periods in their life. The primary approach I draw from is, mindfulness. I find the present to be a place that can show many aspects of a person’s life and how far they’ve come. I believe that by empowering clients to be compassionate of themselves allows them to have a deeper connection and understanding of who they are and how they relate to the world around them.
