We are a vibrant and energetic group of clinical psychologists, therapists, and wellness professionals located in the Del Ray area of Alexandria, VA. We are passionate about guiding adolescents and adults on their personal journeys of growth and transformation through a holistic approach to psychotherapy. We believe that wellness is attained by addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to provide a trusting therapeutic relationship to each client, as it is an essential framework to facilitate self awareness, healing, and personal evolution. We aim to help you live with more easily, joyfully, and authentically. Most people who reach out to us are seeking change and movement in one or more of these concerns: anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, grief, couple’s counseling, substance abuse counseling for the individual and family, coping with chronic health or health difficulties, career transitions, and healing developmental trauma. We bring a variety of experiences and techniques to our treatment approaches including, but not limited to, mindfulness meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, gestalt therapy, art therapy, EMDR, and Gottman’s method. We are growing our holistic wellness center and are pleased to offer associated wellness services at our practice such as holistic nutritional counseling for all, specialized nutritional programs for mothers and children, Reiki Energy healing, acupuncture, and career counseling and consultation. We also have a naturopathic physician and massage therapist who share space in our building. Lastly, we offer a variety of complimentary health classes each Wednesday night at 7pm, called “Wellness Wednesdays” featuring different topics and wellness professionals from our practice and the local community.
