I strive to create a safe environment to facilitate discovery of the true self learning new ways of dealing with Anxiety, Depression and Interpersonal Communications. I work with individuals and couples. I am an EFT trained couples therapist, Previously Certified Group Psychotherapist, a Qualified Domestic Mediator and Parenting Coordinator specializing in family healing post divorce. I have trained in many therapeutic interventions, most recently with a focus on EFT and IFS with a commitment to staying abreast of the most current and relevant treatments. I have been a member of AGPA,NASW, LGPS ( past president ) ,AFCC and served as the Louisiana representative to the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
