I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I use an integrated approach with emphasis in Emotional Focused Therapy which is a proven and empirical based practice effective with all types of therapy especially relationship therapy. Relationship issues can and do effect our mental state such as depression and anxiety. I help clients to gain insight to improve themselves and their relationships. This helps clients not only to address their current issues but gain tools and information for further development to building a healthier self and healthier relationship. I am a trained therapist in Emotional Focused Therapy and I have studied an intensive on sex therapy issues which effect the quality of couple relationships.
