Therapist Overview

Gently and collaboratively, I create a space for my clients to feel safe enough to heal and to create change in their lives. During our work together, my hope is for clients to develop a deeper relationship with themselves while creating more adaptive thinking patterns that support their goals in life. My approach focuses on supporting clients to feel more authentically about themselves, feel more joy, and be empowered in everyday life. I often use metaphors and humor to encourage my clients to be themselves, to be seen, and to be heard. I am passionate about treating clients who struggle with addiction, anxiety, eating disorders, or trauma. My approach is effective with everyday issues like addiction, depression, life transitions, relationships, and self-esteem issues. I make use of different therapies like Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, and EMDR from a Humanistic approach. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation!
