2020. What a year. In March our lives were turned upside down as Covid19 began spreading and any sense of “normalcy” we might have had went out the window. Quarantines, isolation, work & family stress, bills that need paid. Pandemic stress is real and is taking a toll. As if that weren’t enough, you were already struggling well before this. It feels like it’s been forever that you’ve been trying to find some sense of control and less like the seams are coming apart all around you. The mask you put on day after day is starting to crack and it feels like you are, too. Your mind races and keeps you up at night. You overthink things and second guess yourself. It feels like you can’t talk to anyone about what’s going on because you’re the one who takes care of others. You bottle it up and hold it in. The anxiety, shame, & fear keeps growing.
