Therapist Overview

I am a dedicated and passionate therapist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma in children, teens and adults. I also work with individuals experiencing new life stages or adjustment-related challenges (e.g., coping with divorce, moving, college, job transitions, and/or relationships). In treatment I aim to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapy environment where clients feel understood and validated. I utilize an integrated, relational, strengths-based, and goal-orientated approach to therapy. I have training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy as I believe it is essential to individually tailor treatment to best meet the needs of my clients. My ultimate goal is to help individuals and families build effective strategies to cope with overwhelming emotions and navigate stressful life experiences.
