I am a professional mental health and addictions therapist working with adolescents and adults. I utilize a trauma informed and client centered approach to therapy. Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, stress, trauma, family concerns, adolescent issues, or other concerns, I am here to help guide you on your journey with a caring and empathetic approach. I utilize EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy as an effective treatment for trauma. EMDR Therapy can be beneficial for adults, adolescents and/or children who have experienced trauma. My passion has always been helping others and through my personal life struggles, I have gained a non-judgmental perspective on life.
