At any age or stage in life, difficulties along the way can cause positive parts of ourselves to get a little buried, blocked, or hidden. Using your own creative process, I aim to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are courageous, caring, compassionate, curious, confident, calm, and connected. This process can be done individually, with couples, and in family sessions. With little ones, I specialize in play therapy and attachment therapy to help parents/guardians find their child’s unique needs and implement supportive tactics in everyday life.
