Sometimes we feel down and we just don’t know the reason why. Or we do know why but we don’t know how to fix it. Sometimes we are no longer getting along with the person we love. And sometimes we could just use some extra support. As a clinical mental health counselor, I am able to work with you on just about any challenge you may be experiencing, from depression and anxiety, to substance abuse, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I welcome clients from all walks of life and with all types of goals. I offer counseling in-person and online. Clients I may see online include Virginia residents and people living abroad, i.e., outside the U.S. I specialize in offering counseling services to people living in Italy.
