Accepting new patients into my growing practice. I believe everyone has a best self and that sometimes this best self gets lost or forgotten about. My practice is about helping individuals, couples, and families become their best selves. This may mean working through compulsive behaviors (drugs, alcohol, eating disorders, shopping, etc.), addressing depression or anxiety, working to repair relationships, or assisting with life’s transitions (pre-marital, divorce, empty nester, etc.). Everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life. My focus is on how systems are at work with patient(s) and thus, I do not look to assign blame. This would mean looking at how patient(s) function at home, at work, at school, etc. I also review how emotions and core beliefs work within the systems as expectations and perceptions can, and do, lead us into trouble.
