Therapist Overview

I believe that each and every one of my client’s has within them the power to heal themselves and change their own behavior. My purpose is to use my experience and knowledge to collaborate with you and assist in analyzing and determining patterns of learned behavior or thinking that, while understandable, haven’t been working out as well as you’d like. Then, together, I will assist you in building awareness, discovering your power, and teaching you how to use your power to make your own life altering positive change. My goal for each one of my client’s is not only to help, but to have each one leave my office feeling empowered. I utilize techniques and perspectives associated with cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and humanistic therapies. Using an integrative approach, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that pulls the most positive aspects of each theory to customize a plan that works best for your individual set of concerns. Availability: Monday-Weds from 12pm-6pm, T
