If your child or teen is struggling with BIG feelings or demonstrating challenging behaviors, things can get better. My intent is to inspire hope for change. Through the counseling process, I offer encouragement, acceptance, and authenticity, to be able to help you from where you are to where you want to be. I specialize in working with children/teens through the various challenges growing up brings as well “stressed out” adults who want to feel happier. The struggle is real sometimes, but you don’t have to struggle alone. Seeking help for you, your child, or family is a big step, but it is a step worth taking.
