Therapist Overview

*Please note: I am currently full and not able to take any new clients at this time.* I work with individuals who are going through transitions, or who have become unhappy or dissatisfied with some aspect of their lives. I believe that people are doing the best they can, but that we get stuck in old ways of relating to ourselves and others that hold us back from having the life and relationships that we want. Some of my specialties include working with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and people who identify as LGBTQIA and/or BIPOC. I will help you with your relationship struggles by improving your ability to communicate and maintain your individuality while being in relationship with another. Together we will examine the causes of your anxiety and depression and how old patterns may be keeping you from living a full and satisfying life. Through this awareness, you will have more choice over your current patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior. I have extensive experience
