I’m here to sit with you in the ~stuff~ and work towards getting you to the you that you want to be. Life can be tough, and therapy is an outlet. We are sitting in this unknown space and time of all of these life transitions. I’m here to provide a space for you to process all of the feelings. I’m all about body positivity, improving self-esteem, improving self-care, and creating boundaries. My goal with others is to inspire, empower, and encourage. You will learn new skills, gain insight, and feel a little less stuck in this collaborative process. You get to write your narrative. I’m currently a post-master’s counselor with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work from an integrative approach to meet each and every need of the person sitting across from me. I work collaboratively with my clients in hopes to feel a little less alone. I am trained to utilize EMDR virtually. Throughout my time as being a counselor I understand how difficult it can be to show a vulnerable side of ourselves, especially meeting virtually for the first time. Starting counseling and finding a counselor can be extremely difficult. I approach all people with support and with that comes challenging you. Therapy takes vulnerability and time.
