I believe we are already whole and intrinsically precious but have forgotten and need to get back to a place of wholeness and connection. I help people identify their core beliefs, what is and is not working for them and re-define themselves in a more positive and accurate way; helping people to believe in themselves and their ability to set and achieve what they see as priorities, living in greater alignment with their ideals. Communication is an art form, a skill we can all improve to speak our truth, owning our perspective and creating a safe space to speak their own truth. I’ve worked in the Behavioral Health Field for two decades, assisting people with substance use and mental health issues with improving their quality of life. My service is teaching skills needed to improve sense of security, self-advocacy and transformation.
