Therapist Overview
Choosing to seek help is a big deal. It takes humility, courage, and strength. Like most things in life, the more effort you put into your therapy, the more you’ll likely get out of it. I strive to provide a safe, caring, and respectful space for you to work. Whether you want to feel better, think better, act better, or have better relationships, I consider it a privilege to walk with you through the process of getting better and living a better life. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, difficulty regulating intense emotions, and relationship issues. My counseling style is integrative and draws upon different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive/behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I offer Christian counseling for those who prefer a faith-based perspective. However, I respect that this is not for everyone. The choice is yours.
