Therapist Overview
[ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS WITH DAYTIME AVAILABILITY] I firmly believe that anyone can benefit from counseling. Throughout a person’s life there are many ups and downs that may lead a person to feelings of stress, anxiety, or other negative emotions. I believe therapy can be a safe space to better understand those feelings you have and grow into being the best version of yourself. I have past experience with working with those who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, and are struggling to adjust to life transitions. I have most experience working with adolescent and older. I work with individuals as well as couples. My therapeutic style is eclectic with a focus on CBT, person-centered, and strengths-based counseling. I believe that each client is the expert of their own lives and that therapy is a tool a person can use in order to overcome many obstacles they may face.
