Therapist Overview
I focus on addressing the social, psychological, and biological factors of addiction and mental health and how these are all intertwined in our lives. I am able to provide mental health therapy including play therapy, individual, couple’s and marriage counseling, in addition and concurrently with addiction and substance use disorders. I also use an evidence based approach for those who are struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD can effect individuals in many different ways such as increased chemical/substance use and increased mental health symptoms such as depression. I am able to address depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma with the use of Prolonged Exposure Therapy, family conflict, life and relational issues.
