Therapist Overview
Life’s adventures often hold many challenges. My work as a therapist focuses on strengthening your ability to be open to what lessons these adventures hold for you while celebrating personal growth along the way. I want to support children, adolescents, teens, and adults develop positive tools for navigating these overwhelming and vulnerable times. Together, we will work to help you heal from past or current trauma and explore ways to de-stress when feeling anxious, lost, and alone. I am passionate about supporting all people in finding their voice and feeling empowered. Currently providing teletherapy sessions. Holding therapy sessions outdoors or bringing elements of the wilderness inside is something I would love to explore with you. We will collaborate to determine what therapeutic environment feels most supportive to your needs in the present moment. Together, we will discover what helps you feel grounded, connected, and balanced when life is challenging. Building a safe and trusting connection with you serves as the foundation from which we can explore what is holding you back from growing more fully into who you want to be. Reaching out for support is one of the first courageous steps in gaining a deeper sense of self-understanding along the journey of healing.
