I have worked in various treatment settings ranging from inpatient psych, residential, and outpatient with teens and adults. Prior to becoming a therapist I was a professional athlete and understand the difficulties in balancing performance and personal development. My expertise is working with teens/young adults that are experiencing difficulties that impact their quality of life and family dynamics. I offer services for parent and sibling support as well.
