Thank you for checking out my profile page! My experience as a pharmacist combined with my training as a professional counselor are integrated in my relational approach to counseling. I specialize in vocation and calling, coping with chronic medical conditions, trauma, loss, group work, issues men face, addiction and recovery. I believe that counseling is a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the patient. In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, I work with patients to provide an understanding of past and current relationships and how those can be a catalyst for change. I combine interpersonal process, cognitive-behavioral interventions, EMDR and narrative therapy to help patients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to develop goals that will lead to sustained growth and healing.
