Therapist Overview
My focus in the counseling process is to meet individuals in their current life stage and work collaboratively to address any issues. I am passionate about working with professionals, young adults, adolescents and famlies as they navigate the challages of daily life. I have special interests in working with those struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders, dual diagnosis, relational and peer issues, personality disorders, substance use disorders,family issues, interpersonal effectiveness, and mood disorders. I look forward to being part of your journey as you build and apply skills necessary to live a fulfilling life.
