**Currently keeping a small waitlist** My goal is to support the whole person in their desire to identify strengths, address their struggles, and to encourage growth. My relational approach includes helping create a safe place in which you feel like you can start the change process. Issues range from impulsivity, anxiety, emotional regulation, unhealthy coping tools, and difficulties working through trauma. I can assist this process with creating genuine connections to begin addressing emotional regulation tactics, stress reduction, psychoeducation of trauma and the brain, and cognitive restructuring. I draw from a multitude of approaches based on what you best respond to and this can include DBT skills including emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Nuerobiology (IPNB), Mindfulness, and specific modalities from attachment and family systems theories.
