Therapist Overview

Above all, therapy is a place to be your real, authentic self. I support clients experiencing a range of life challenges by fostering a safe, trusting environment where they can develop self-compassion as they gain insight about current life situations, contextualize the impact of past experiences, and develop clarity on future goals. Through the use of highly effective evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will create strategies for empowering you to take control of your thoughts and behaviors, and let go of the negative patterns that no longer serve you. I have experience supporting clients who are navigating challenges such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, career stress, trauma, health concerns, and relationship challenges. My educational background includes a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelors degree from Loyola University. Please call to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation with me. I look forward to our work together!
