Perhaps you’re a couple or a family needing an outlet to help cope due to poor communication skills. Are you feeling sadness or depression. Do you need to pray or need spiritual guidance? With many working from home and children out of school, we want to provide you a safe place to talk about your emotions and/or strategies on how to cope during such uncertain times. We offer online individual and group video counseling for you, your spouse and your children. We provide individual therapy, individual therapy for addictions, couples therapy, parenting groups, children’s activity groups, coping skills groups, caregiver groups, Elder support groups, and support groups for medical and first responders.
