Hello! My name is Brittany Wolfish. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an associate of McClintock Therapies. I work with a wide variety of ages including preteens as young as twelve, adolescents, and adults. I also see premarital couples and facilitate the Prepare and Enrich program. Most of the clients I see are working through depression, anxiety, stress, adjusting to the challenges of divorce, grief and loss issues, and many other life transitions. I also enjoy working with individuals with mild autism or other social challenges and use techniques from the Unstuck and On Target curriculum. I use Adlerian psychotherapy, a psychodynamic approach emphasizing the importance of relationships. I also use CBT to give my clients tangible tools to use. I understand therapy can be different for everyone, so I take the time to identify what will work best for each individual.
