Therapist Overview
I provide therapy to children, adults, and families experiencing an array of emotional and relational challenges through a Christian worldview. I am passionate about treating trauma in children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience with domestic violence, depression, anxiety, loss, and attachment injuries. I enjoy working with parents as they navigate their concerns for their child or adolescent. I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary San Diego, equipping me with the skills to provide therapy while integrating the Christian faith. I have specialized training in EMDR, an evidence-based protocol that informs my practice and addresses the pain that trauma leaves. It takes courage to recognize and pursue help when hurting, and I strive to honor all of my clients with respect and compassion. I look forward to working with you.
