Therapist Overview
From a young age, I have been passionate about helping others embark on their own personal journey towards healing, wholeness, and purpose. Upon receiving my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University, I went on to pursue my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I gained valuable experience while working at a college counseling center with emerging adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career concerns, and other life transitions. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I value providing a place to reflect, restore, and rebuild by both increasing one’s awareness and also addressing the wounds from the past. My goal is to bring empathy and compassion to help remove the shame, guilt, and confusion often attached with life’s difficulties. I am currently accepting clients in-person and virtually!
