I believe that it takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek out counseling. I also believe it is extremely helpful for all people. I am very passionate about guiding people through transitions of life, the inevitable curve balls that life can throw as well as dealing with issues and trauma that plague us from our past. I work with individuals ages 8 and up. I can work with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to marriage and family counseling. I have worked in the school setting as well for ten years, so I am very comfortable working with children and teenagers.
