At the Heart is a new low cost counseling center in Elk Grove that provides affordable counseling and education for our community. At the Heart provides services based on a sliding scale ranging from $15-$80 determined by household income and services needed. We have in-person, phone teletherapy, day, evening and Saturday availability. We have a unique program that blends lay counseling, coaching and professional counseling in order to expand and support a greater number of people in our community.
