I am NOT accepting new clients until February 2021. As a trauma expert, I work with a variety of issues including; PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, divorce, eating disorders, addiction, bullying, major life transitions/changes, and self esteem. I combine Brainspotting, animal-assisted therapy, and CBT with adults. I incorporate EMDR and faith-based therapy upon request. With kids, I combine the above methods with play therapy.
