Therapist Overview

Change is hard. Regardless of where my client is in their lifecycle, I am passionate about empowering them to develop skills for managing their distress. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and new parents. Together, we identify goals that will improve their experience of life. Whether it be a move, divorce, school, college, marriage, growing your family, loss of a loved one, or any other shift that is creating stress. I am trained in play therapy techniques that are effective with children age 3-18. I enjoy helping young adults determine their new identity as they find their voice. I look forward to supporting clients in their transition into parenthood, a change that it is difficult to prepare for. I am also passionate about supporting clients in the grief process. Many of my clients are not familiar with a nonjudgemental space where they can openly explore uncomfortable feelings and circumstances that have brought them to therapy. I provide a safe and respectful therapeutic environment that allows my clients, with my support, to explore and reevaluate their goals and struggles.
