I have felt so honored to see my client’s reach goals they once thought were impossible. My goal is to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, judgement free, and focused completely on your needs. My clients include, but are not exclusive to, preteens, individuals with depression and anxiety, couples, and families. I am currently working on my doctorate at Sam Houston State University and will use those resources in my work with you as well. My areas of special focus include post-divorce recovery, trust building in marriages, and individuals having difficulty with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I utilize various techniques with the purpose of providing you quality care and attention. My philosophy is that every client has a strength and solution available for what they are going through. It is important for me to help my clients feel empowered to overcome their present life circumstance. I truly enjoy working with my clients and seeing the immense progress they make.
