I work with men, women and teens who struggle with the life controlling issues of substance abuse and addiction and their co-occuring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. I have seen the positive outcomes of working with families as a whole and also provide counsel for those who desire healthy ways to cope with their loved ones who are struggling. I am a good fit for those who may have been unsuccessful in the past, but are ready to stop the patterns of substance abuse and find the root of what is producing this fruit in their life. Through my experience at a residential recovery program with a 70% success rate, I understand what it will take to break the cycle of addiction. My approach is through the lens of wholeness of body, soul, and spirit and each these pieces play a vital role in healing with the goal of understanding true identity and becoming a better version of yourself.
