Therapist Overview
I enjoy working with kids of all ages, 5 – 55! If you or your child is suffering from disturbed emotions or challenging relationships or developmental speed bumps, I’d like to help. If your connection with God or The Church is rocky, let’s figure out why. If adjusting to a new culture or country is just too hard, or re-entry into the USA after time away is troubling, let’s talk about it. If you and your spouse can’t seem to communicate anymore and the family is in crisis, let me help you find some peace and a plan for moving forward. If you no longer believe your life is worth living, don’t give up. Let me shed some light. My experiences and training have led me to work best with children, teens, families, cross-cultural adjustment, spirituality and abuse in the Christian environment, special-needs issues, and general parenting concerns. I use psychodynamic techniques and processes ( and a lot of humor!) to lead to self-knowledge and understanding in life’s twists and turns. We all need someone to listen without judgment; someone to provide an accepting and warm environment for processing our lives. Please don’t think you have to do it all alone.
