My hope is to create a space of safety, a space to discover, to unwind, to be at peace, to laugh and to cry, and to find healing as we work through your most difficult trials. I honor that everyone is their own best guide and my approach is that together, we will help you find what you need at this time. I especially care about all the parts of you working together. My hope is to tend to and heal the hurts of generational, historical, and present traumas. My clinical approach and certification is in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, a proven and effective way to treat symptoms related to and stemming from PTSD; like anger, anxiety, and overall internal safety issues. I also utilize other interventions to assist with mind/body connection- such as expressive arts and yoga nidra.
