My practice is client centered, directed at meeting a person exactly where they are at on their current journey. It is a strength based approach and I am committed to cultivating and highlighting the resources one has within themselves to increase resiliency, balance, and joy. I have been practicing in the St. Louis and Springfield area for 20 years. I have served in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, as well as, a variety of community agencies.
