Life can be hard to navigate. Being Human is tough at times. Wouldn’t be great if we were all born with a personal manual to help us out during difficult times? Of course, it would, and I believe that through therapy you can come to create your own personal roadmap to help you navigate your unique life. When energy gets stuck in the body and mind, whether it’s from trauma, painful experiences or everyday stimuli in our lives, it causes patterns of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. If the stuck energy is not addressed, over time, this leads to an imbalance in the emotional, psychological, energetic, and spiritual components of oneself. Thus, resulting in a disconnection from one’s true divinity. This separation is often experienced through feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, depression, anger, low-self esteem and limiting beliefs.
